User Agreement


The following document describes the terms on which e-demand.co.uk offers its services.

USING E-DEMAND.EU - POSTING DEMANDS:

While using e-demand.co.uk, you will not:

  • Provide false or incomplete information about who you are or what you are demanding;
  • Post fake demands in order to make market surveys;
  • Post spam, chain letters or any kind of advertisement;
  • Violate laws, third party rights;
  • Copy or distribute contents from e-demand.co.uk.

    • USING E-DEMAND.EU - BROWSING DEMANDS:

    While using e-demand.co.uk, you will not:

  • Provide false or incomplete information about yourself;
  • Violate laws, third party rights;
  • Copy or distribute contents from e-demand.co.uk.
  • Transfer your e-demand.co.uk account to another party;

    • FEES AND SERVICES:

    Posting demands is free of change. The amount of posted demands is not limited, under conditions mentioned above. Browsing of public information about demands (their subject and description, without contact information) is also free of charge.

    Viewing contact information of buyes requires a registration. We charge a fee for such registration, depending on the length of the registration period. Once registered, you are allowed to see contact information of all demands from our database. We do not limit the number of contact information you display a day. However, in order to protect privacy, we only allow sellers to use one account from one single computer (IP address) for 48 hour periods.

    CONTENT LICENSE:

    When you give us content, you grant us a non-exclusive, world-wide, royalty-free right to excercise the copyright, publicity and database right you have in the content on e-demand.co.uk (and connected sites: e-demand.co.uk).

    LIABILITY:

    You will not hold e-demand.co.uk responsible for other users and their actions. We allow anybody to post demands and any registered users to see their contents at any time (if not violating the rules above). We are not involved in the transactions between buyes and sellers. We make a big effort to verify each subject registered at our site, but we have no control over and cannot guarantee the quality, safety or legality of trading with them.

    CREDENTIALS RESPONSIBILITY:

    If you use e-demand.co.uk, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password

    PRIVACY:

    We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties except for the contact information you provide when posting a demand in order to let registerd sellers on e-demand.co.uk contact you.

    INDEMNITY:

    You will indemnify and hold us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures and employees), harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

    OUTAGE POLICY:

    e-demand.co.uk is taking care to provide fully functional services 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. However, technically it may happen that the service is temporarily unreachable, buyers cannot post demands and sellers cannot access databases. E-demand.co.uk will make an effort to minimize the probability of outages, however if they happen, e-demand.co.uk is not obliged to pay any compensation to anybody.
