Two double bed property needed by two cool chicks
Are you fed up of looking for the perfect tenants to live in your property? Well look know more you've found us! We need a property in Walthamstow close to the station and local amenities. Having searched the Loot, local estate agents and realised that there's nothing out there we need your help. Ideally we need 2 double bedrooms in a relatively nice house/flat for as little as possible (max £200 pw), a garden, sauna, in house chef and cleaner as lovely as they sound are not necessary. We are both extremely realistic and at this stage just require running water, a roof and a place to call our own ('till the lease is up). We work full time for a media company so are definite social butterflies, we come with glowing references, no kids and no ASBO's.
